Shannon's Philosophy

With a lifelong interest in holistic therapies and wellbeing, Shannon aims to help her clients achieve lasting relief from musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries and the daily wear of stress and tension.

People's experiences are unique and each day can be different. For example with one day you may have shoulder tension, then another you might require a deeply soothing heated massage, or perhaps combining a back massage with reflexology.

Shannon will spend time to identify each person's preferential treatment with the aim of decreasing pain, relaxing muscle tension, reducing stress and improving their quality of life.

Natural Oils

The best, natural ingredients are used in all of Shannon’s treatments. Nourishing, vitamin-rich oils which moisturise and enrich the skin are used as a massage medium. Essential oils are used to enhance the treatment – these powerful oils have healing and medicinal properties with wonderfully uplifting aromas.
